PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This kit is specially formulated for the bride to be to prepare her skin to be glowing throughout her special day. Follow the instructions as given in the label.

    HOW TO USE:

    GOLDEN GLOW FACEWASH:

    Wash your face twice a day with a golden glow facewash.

    GLOW SKIN TONIC:

    After cleansing just spray two times and pat dry on the skin. Do not wipe it. Follow twice a day.


    GOLDEN GLOW GEL:

    After toning applies this gel as a moisturizer. And massage well for 2-3 min.

    GOLDEN GLOW SOAP:

    Use this as a cleanser and wash the whole body.

    THE ROYAL BRIDAL UBTAN:

    Take the required amount mix with rose water and apply as a pack. Wash after drying after 15 min. Follow for twice a week. 

    GOLD ELIXIR FACIAL SOAP:

    Apply this soap every 10 days once. Massage well on to the skin for 10 min. Leave the foam on the skin for 10 min. Wash later.

    24K/VIT C SERUM:

    For night skincare wash face and apply toner pat dry. Apply 4-5 drops evenly on the skin and massage well. Use rollers for better results. Leave overnight. 

    BEETROOT LIP SCRUB:

    Use weekly twice, take a pinch and scrub on to your lips. Leave on for 5 min. wipe it with a dry cotton cloth and remove the dead skin cells. 

    CHERRY BERRY LIP BALM:

    After scrub applies lip balm for better-moisturised lips. Lipbalm can be applied anytime throughout the day.


    LEMON LIGHTENING BODY SCRUB:

    Take a scoop on to your palm. Scrub on to your skin for 2-5 min. Massage well. Wash later. Follow once in a weekly routine.

      3. How do I know that my order is confirmed?

        You will receive a confirmation email to the registered Email address once you have placed the order in our website. You can also check the order status in "MY ACCOUNT" section if you are a registered member.

      4. Do I need to have an account to place an order?

        No, you can place an order using guest checkout without having an account. However, we strongly recommend making an account on our website to make your shopping experience swift and simple.

      5. How can I modify my products or address and phone number after placing order?

        Once your order has been placed, your address and phone number or product details cannot be modified. Most of the orders will be processed and dispatched within a short window so we do not encourage modification of order details.       6. How do I cancel my order?

        Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. But if the order is not dispatched from our warehouse, we can assist you. Please write us to enquiry@iyalindia.com for further assistance.

      7. By when can I expect delivery of my order?

        Purchases are shipped from our warehouse by reputed courier agencies. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.

        • For India orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 7-10 business days. For locations, which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 12-15 working days.
        • For International orders – All international orders are processed within 7-14 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 10-15 business days after dispatching. We do not own the delay that is caused after dispatch by our shipping partner.

    RETURNS, REFUND & CANCELLATION

    Product Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

     All items, once Packed, are considered final sale and will be liable for exchange, return, refund, or cancellation only as per the below mentioned terms.

     At IYAL INDIA, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered. IYAL INDIA is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. We would require a video while opening our package once you receive for products missing, damages caused or misplaced products. Please take the video without any cut, copy, or pause in between. Resealing of the package after opening and taking video will not be acceptable at any cause.

     Exchanges:

    Exchanges are possible only in cases of damage during transit or quality issues with the product.

     The customer is required to email us at complaint@iyalindia.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number, name, address, and date of delivery with a brief description of the issue for our understanding. The products must be returned in a sale-able condition with the original receipt intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms

     Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and final approval by IYAL INDIA. Only after we receive the returned products your replacement will be processed. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy. Once your exchange request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.

     Returns and Refunds:

    All items, once packed & dispatched, are considered sold. No refunds will be processed once the order has been dispatched. Since we are using a third party for receiving payments, refund amount will be done only after taking 5% of the total charges, if the order is cancelled.

    Order cancellation will be done only if you contact us through official number +91 8111045550 or through Instagram.

    In case the product is received in a damaged (broken, leakage or any other) condition, refund or replacement will take place only if informed within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

Please provide your order number, name, address, and date of delivery with a brief description of the issue for our understanding. Once the request has been vetted by our team, we will confirm the same via email. The process will be completed within 7-21 business days. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.

     Note for International orders:

    We do not issue refunds for international orders. Products once dispatched are considered sold, unless it is damaged during transit or has quality issues. In case the product is received in a damaged (broken, leakage or any other) condition, a refund will take place only if informed within 24 hours from the time of arrival. Refunds can be done only to Indian account.

    RTO (Return to Origin):

    If we receive the packages in return for all the prepaid orders, if need any cancellation, the shipping charges will be deducted to and for charges will be applicable. If the package needs to be shipped again, you will need to pay shipping charges extra to us.
